Job Description :
1、Formulates the brand and advertising strategy
2、Plans and implements advertising and marketing campaigns for the Group and the business
3、Assists the business and product teams in the development of sales promotion schemes
4、To create and handle OEM and ODM project of overseas customer
5、To develop new accounts in overseas market;
6、To achieve sales and market development target;
7、To conceptualize new product launch activities and new product promotion strategies.
8、Organize exhibition show.
9、Participates in new product selection process, launching new products.
10、Conduct customer data mining and research.
11、Continue to improve work, products, functions, and processes with cross-functional team members.
12、Formulate long term sales and business planning and strategies
13、To provide independent view and tactics on the business
Candidate Requirement：
1、U graduate or diploma holder with good knowledge in PC
2、 Creative / Self-motivate / Good sense of responsibility and leadership
3、 At least 5-10 years' product marketing experience in home living product industry;
4、 With strong interpersonal and leadership skills, you will be able to work with people from different levels and background under pressure. Initiative, independent and organized, you will have strong analytical and negotiation skills.
5、 Good Command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must. More capability in other different languages is preferred.
6、 Willing to travel overseas and station in Shude, China
7、Good judgement, innovative and creative, and is able to think outside the box
8、 With good esthetic and artistic sense
9、Solid business mind set, target-oriented and able to work under pressure
10、 Self-motivated, diligent, aggressive, well-organized, independent with sense of responsibility
