职位描述及要求：
REPONSIBILIITES:
工作职责：
Sell and promote all Lindner prodcuts in the defined region and markets
在公司指定区域内销售林德纳公司的全系列产品
Interface with dealers to extend local market presence
与代理商共同合作拓展公司在当地市场的知名度
Specic areas of work include visiting key customers, contractors and supporting to dealers to get projects
具体工作内容包括拜访重要客户、工程承包商和代理商
Invovle into request for proposals and tenders as well as preparation of offers
参与解决方案、标书和报价的准备
Providing customers and dealers with technical pruduct support and evaluating their project needs and specifications
客户和代理商提供基本的技术支持并且评价项目的具体需要
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
工作要求：
Architecture, construction engineering or commercial background，with qualification certificate about Engineer or Assistant Engineer or Technician.
建筑相关专业或者市场营销专业,持有工程师或助理工程师或技术员资格证书。
Several years of relevant industry experience, and significant commercial experiences in big project be prefered
几年的相关行业工作经验, 丰富的建筑项目营销经验更佳
Fluent in Chinese and English (preferably also in German)
流利的普通话和英语，如果德语更佳
Strong team player.
很强的团队意识
High level of Integrity.
对公司高度的忠诚
Furniture industry background is preferred.
有家具工业相关背景佳.
English resume is necessary.
薪 水：
