职位描述及要求：
Minimum Position Specifications:

1. At least junior college degree, major in electronic or mechanical or Engineering;
2. Over three years working experience in Supplier Quality Engineer in a multination venture;
3. Skilled at normal PC operations;
4. Good knowledge with Quality management system (such as ISO9001, TL9000, ISO13485, AS9100 and etc.);
5. Has ever involved in internal and external audit practice;
6. Has experience as a group leader;
7. Own internal auditor certificate for some quality system (at least ISO 9001) is preferred;
8. Good English in written and oral;
9. Initiative, good sense of responsibility, and good at communication and team work with others;
10. Self-motivated and self-discipline, good learner;
11. Serious-minded and not inturned;
12. Willing to challenge self;
13. Ability to be active part of the solution and the responsibility for being the voice of the customer and supplier;
14. Can do overtime work when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities:

For new project and supplier management;
1. Supplier Management (include supplier survey, audit, assessment);
2. Supplier process and/or quality improvement;
3. Supplier training;
4. Incoming inspection for mass production;
5. Other jobs which was designated by manager;
6. Get involved to develop new suppliers for new project/product. Supplier quality management;
7. Monitor and guide suppliers to improve raw material quality;
8. Assist internal and external audit;
9. Lead the incoming team to do the incoming inspection for mass production;
10. Training and coaching quality inspectors;
11. Other job which was designated by manager.
