(Location : Shanghai)

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Support RDC manager in developing and executing internal operation procedures
*Lead operation team to perform physical warehouse operations compliance with client's requirements
*Train warehouse operators on working procedures and warehouse equipment use
*Monitor warehouse operators’ work warehouse operation on a daily basis
*Carry out physical count and cycle count as per requested by MOLEX
*Ensure warehouse equipment in good condition and report abnormal situation to manager
*Handle any emergency regarding customer operation

REQUIREMENT

*College graduated or above
*5+ years planning or warehouse working experience in multinational company, 3 years in supervisor role
*Experiences in WGQ FTZ is preferred
*Good command of English skill both in written and spoken, (CET-6)
*Basic computer knowledge
