职位描述及要求：
本公司为足部和个人护理产品的开发的民营企业，从事足部和个人护理产品的开发和出口，根据业务的需要，诚聘公司的销售经理。

职位要求如下：
1、要求大专以上学历，企业管理、或市场营销、或国际贸易等相关专业和优秀的英语沟通能力；年龄28-36岁，有4-5年以上年工作经验；（如其他条件优秀，年龄可适当放宽）；
2、制定出口营销计划、拓展公司海外业务，分解销售目标；搜集及分析市场趋势、需求变化和客户反馈方面的信息；安排对客户的售后服务；对客户提出的问题意见做出及时回应并给出解决方案；
3、管理公司销售团队，维护和开发国外市场客户，完成公司的销售目标，同时执行国内市场的营销策略并对国内市场的开拓进行策划，拓展公司的商业模式。
4、参加展会，现场布展工作，项目挖掘及后续跟进工作；
5、具有2-3年以上销售管理经验或部门团队管理经验2年以上，熟悉国际贸易流程，或有外企工作经验者, 或了解个人护理产品，或具有国内销售经验的优先考虑
6、有领导力、判断力、决断力和执行力，能够管理和领导团队的发展，并能承受工作压力；工作认真，责任心强，独立性强，良好的沟通协调能力，良好的亲和力；头脑灵活，较强的应变能力，良好的团队精神；

Established in 2001, Beijing Bid Ace Co., Ltd. is specially engaged in insoles manufacturing in China. Our products include silicone insoles, gel insoles, diabetic insoles, EVA foam, PU foam, PE (polyethylene) foam insoles and poly insoles. We can also make massaging insoles, magnetic insoles, leather insoles, orthotic insoles, latex foam, cork and others.

Located in Beijing, the capital city of China, we have set up wide business channels around the country. Starting research and development of insoles in 2000, we have built cooperative business relationships with many partners over the country and have enjoyed remarkable rapid development.

We have our own production base and logistics center in Shenzhen, a coastal city in southeast China. Furthermore, we have professional design and OEM capacity using high technologies. We also have set up our leather, EVA, PE, PU foam, cork, gel, poron cellular urethane, magnetic, latex foam, and silicone insole production bases in Shandong and Guangdong Province. We are now supplying excellent quality, high efficiency, and perfect services for clients from Japan, South Korea, America, and Europe. We are striving to introduce all kind of foot care insoles to customers.

Our main products are gel, silicone and diabetic insoles. We have 2 factories in north China for gel insoles now. Our TPU bladder insoles include liquid gel insoles and isogel polymer gel insoles. We have our joint venture factory for our silicone insoles production in south China. Meanwhile, we have our own diabetic insoles production lines.
